Reflect on what we truly have. Yesterday is already gone, tomorrow will never arrive, and “now” is always here.
So then — only now, always here!

If you think about it, the concept of time doesn’t really matter. It’s not you who moves toward the future — the future moves toward you. You are always fixed in the position of “now.” You can never leave “now.”

In reality, there is no yesterday and no tomorrow.
The past is a memory, and the future is a dream or a desire.

If you are living in yesterday or tomorrow, God cannot interact with you, because God interacts with a person here and now.

The devil attacks us with information from yesterday, or with lusts and fears based on the future — but understand this: his goal is to destroy your “now.”

Satan cannot corrupt your yesterday — it no longer exists. He also cannot touch your tomorrow — it is only a desire.
But he absolutely can corrupt your “now.”

Let’s look at how the devil attacks a person, for example Adam and Eve.
The attack begins from the past and moves into the future. But the real purpose is to destroy your “now” and ruin your future that the Father has prepared for you.

(Genesis 3:1–5) Among all the animals the Lord God had made that were not domesticated, the serpent stood out with special abilities. He asked the woman: “Has God really said you must not eat from any tree in the garden?” The woman replied to the serpent: “We may eat the fruit of any tree here, except the fruit of the tree in the middle of the garden. God said: ‘Do not eat it and do not even touch it, or you will die.’” To this the serpent responded: “No, you will not die. God knows that when you eat it, your eyes will be opened and you will become like Him, knowing good and evil.” 

The problem of Adam and Eve was that they did something now — they acted in the present, and that act destroyed their future.

Remember the temptation of Jesus in the wilderness: Satan used the platform of the past — “If You are the Son of God?” Then he moved into the future — “I will give You all that you see.”

But the action had to be done now:
“Turn these stones into bread now.”
“Throw Yourself down now.”
“Bow to me now.”

What was the victory of Jesus in the wilderness?
He did not give the enemy His now.

If Satan manages to take your “now,” then in reality you lose your future, and now your future becomes whatever your “now” decision leads you to.
So think: what is the enemy telling you now?
What from your past is he using?
What in your future is he attacking?
This is very important!

This is the anatomy of the devil’s attack in your life.
You and I must clearly understand what Satan is attacking — because that is exactly what threatens him.

The devil has learned very well how to predict a person’s future — not perfectly, but he knows the major details and components of your destiny.

He knows what you desire, and here you must be very wise and careful, because most often it is your own desire that leads you into trouble and failure.

The strength of your victory lies in your ability to never move without the Father.
Protect your “now” at any cost — because in reality, you have nothing except now!
